Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Should anything you order from Flappers and Floppers not meet your expectations, it may be returned for replacement or refund. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, Flappers and Floppers will refund 100% of the purchase price (sorry, no shipping refund).
Just return the order for refund or replacement within 30 days of the date received. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it was our mistake or you received a damaged item. Please contact us for return instructions. Once we receive your returned order, a refund will be sent to you.
If your order arrives damaged, please save the packaging material so we can file a claim with the shipper. Flappers and Floppers will send a replacement order or refund 100% of the purchase price, including shipping.
If any of the strings used for the hanging assembly or wing hinges break at any time and for any reason, they will be replaced free of charge. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges. Be sure to contact us before returning any item. In some cases, it may be possible for the customer to repair the item with materials and help from us and save any shipping costs.
If you wish to send any of our items as a gift, we can gladly do it for you. Be sure to include a gift card or note with your payment.
Many of our designs can be customized to your specifications. Just send us a description and/or a picture so we can evaluate it and send you a quote.
